Shipping & Pickup

All orders are shipped or picked up from Farmers Branch, Texas USA.  We ship worldwide.

Some large or fragile items are only shipped on shrink wrapped pallets by freight carriers.  These items are labeled Shipping: LTL Freight in the product information page.  Shipping on a pallet is much safer and can be cheaper as you add more items to fill the pallet.

The freight estimated during checkout may not be accurate and is only for the 48 contiguous United States.  The shipping cost will be adjusted as needed once your order is processed, packed, and the exact weight and dimensions are known.
