Why can't I see all of your products and prices?
We are wholesale only.  Please set up an Account online to access the website and to view prices.

Are all of your products online?
A vast majority of our items are online and new products are added all the time.  However, some items may be available only at our Wholesale Store and/or private Showroom.

What is a Tax ID?
Your Tax ID is your state business sales tax permit that is required to purchase goods at wholesale prices without paying sales tax.  New Accounts must send a copy of their state sales tax permit after registering to complete their registration.

Where can I find my Customer ID?
Your Customer ID can be found on any past invoice included with your shipped order.

What if I am already a customer, do I still need to register?
Yes, if you do not have an online Account.  By creating an online Account, you will be able to order online, see an order's status and keep track of the orders you have previously made online.

What are minimums?
Each product has a minimum quantity that must be purchased, which is found in each product information page.  Some items will only ship on pallets.  There is a $100.00 minimum on all orders that are shipped. There are no shipping minimums for products from Bed & Bath, Handbags, Jewelry and Accessories.

Are there any minimums if I shop at the Wholesale Store in Dallas, Texas?
There are no minimum quantities for products since you are getting the items from the shelves at the Store.  After checking out, you have the option to ship your Store purchase if you do not want to take it with you.

Are there any minimums for pickup orders?
Each product has a minimum quantity that must be purchased, which is found in each product information page.  There is also a $100 minimum for pickup orders.  Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your pickup order to be processed and ready.

What is case pack?
Case pack is the number of items in one case.  For example, if an item has a case pack of 4, there are 4 of the items individually boxed in one case box.  Case pack information can be found in each product information page.

Do you Drop Ship?
We only Drop Ship items from the Bed & Bath section of the website to your customers at no additional charge.  Please indicate the items you would like us to Drop Ship along with the name, address and any instructions during Checkout.

How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days for shipping.  Transit time to your location will depend on your location.  Everything ships from Dallas, Texas USA.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is estimated during checkout but may not be accurate and are only for the 48 contiguous United States.  You will receive your shipping quote once your order is processed and ready for shipment.  Please contact us if you need shipping estimates to your location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard at no additional charge.  You may also prepay by check, money order or wire transfer.  Checks must be received and cleared before shipping.  Pickup and Store customers may also pay by cash at time of pick up or purchase.

When is my credit card charged?
Credit card is charged at the day of shipment.

Can I make changes to my order?
No changes except for adding more items can be made once an order has been packed for shipment.  Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes need to be made.

Do you have a list of retailers in my area?
Sorry we do not.
