The taxable items purchased will be resold, rented or leased by me in their present form or attached to other taxable items to be sold.

I understand that if I make any use of the items other than retention, demonstration or display while holding them for sale, lease or rental, I must pay sales tax on the items at the time of use based upon either the purchase price or the fair market rental value for the period of time used.

I understand that I will be liable for payment of all state and local sales or use taxes which may become due for failure to comply with the provisions of the Tax Code and/or all applicable law.

I understand that it is a criminal offense to give a resale certificate to the seller for taxable items that I know, at the time of purchase, are purchased for use rather than for the purpose of resale, lease or rental, and depending on the amount of tax evaded, the offense may range from a Class C misdemeanor to a felony of the second degree.

Minimum
Each product has a minimum quantity that must be purchased. All items that do not meet the minimum quantity will be adjusted. When ordering items that are assortments, one of each item will be included to meet the minimum quantity. Some items will only ship on pallets. Minimums are subject to change without notice.

Terms
New Accounts must prepay their orders by credit card, check, money order or wire transfer. Visa and Mastercard are accepted and will be processed at the time of shipment at no additional charge. Returned or stopped checks will be subject to a $30.00 processing fee. Credit cards on record may be charged for past due balances. Sorry, we do not offer COD.

Product Description
All sizes are approximate. Because many of our items are hand crafted, some products may have slight color variations and imperfections.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice and will be billed at prices in effect at the time of shipment.

Backorders
Items not available at time of shipment will be backordered. Backorders are automatically added to subsequent orders before shipping unless otherwise noted or canceled. All back orders not shipped within 90 days may be canceled.

Pickup
Orders may be picked up at no additonal charge. Minimum order for pickup is $100.

Shipments
Minimum order for shipping is $100, except for items from the Bed & Bath section. Some large or fragile items are only shipped on shrink wrapped pallets by freight carriers. Freight is estimated during checkout but may not be accurate and are only for the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping quote with the best rate is provided to customers.

Cancellations
Orders that are canceled after they have been picked, packed and staged, will be assessed a 15% restocking charge. If a shipment is refused, customers will be charged the inbound and outbound freight and a 15% restocking charge.

Damaged Shipment
Once a transportation company leaves our dock, they become responsible. In case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, a report should be made to that carrier. Customers must inspect the shipment upon arrival and note any damages or shortages on the shipping papers before signing. They should then call the carrier for an inspector and keep all packing materials.

Claims
Customers receiving concealed damaged and/or defective items must be reported within 14 days of the invoice date. Returns require an authorization from our Claims Department and credit cannot be given without prior authorization. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if no damage or defect is found. We must be notified of missing cartons and shortages within 10 days of the invoice date. We cannot ship replacements for items missing or damaged in transit.

Venue
Sales and like transactions, including collection of amounts due, shall be governed by the substantive law of the State of Texas. By placing an order or accepting goods, you agree that the service of process may be made in accordance with the rules of the courts of the State of Texas at the "bill to" or the "ship to" addresses which you designate, or any other address at which you have an actual office. In an action for the collection of amounts due, we will be entitled to an award of collection costs including reasonable attorney's fee.
